Steve Walker (Sales & Marketing Director)
Steve has spent most of his career, to date, operating his own businesses primarily in the fields of marketing and advertising. He has a broad knowledge and in depth experience in the communications and media industries, commencing in the media industry as an announcer at radio station 5MU in Murray Bridge, South Australia. Radio was also responsible for his initial foray into media sales and marketing.
He has owned and operated his own sucessful advertising agency, Phantom Creative Services, and has consulted to a number of high profile clients on below the line marketing solutions and mass media campaigns.
At age 52 Steve has lost none of his enthusiam for business. Apart from his current partnership in Please Hold Australia he also owns and operates a marketing and advertising consutancy business called Dream Catcher Marketing.
Steve is married with a 2 year old daughter and a son on the way. Steve says his wife Ivanka keeps him focused and grounded. His passions are family, friends, good humour and personal growth. Steve is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Psychology degree with CQU to eventually further his humanistic ideals.

Rob Pillar (Production Manager)
A Recording Engineer for over 25 years, Rob has extensive hands-on experience with a wide range of both analogue and digital recording equipment. This work continues to keep him at the cutting edge of the technology.
Rob counts among his career highlights:
- Many high profile events in which he has had an operational role (Adelaide F1 Grands Prix Inaugural to 1989 and Olympic Soccer at Hindmarsh Stadium to name just two)
- His recording studio and On-Air production work at radio stations 5DN, 5AA, 1323, 107.9FM and Coast FM.

Rob is married to Gayle and they have 2 children. His interests are reading, music and a good debate. Rob is currently studying Theology (without doubt his most passionate interest) at Flinders University (ACD campus) and hopes eventually to gain his Bachelor of Ministry degree.
